Question: What is the difference between the containers with the colored logo on the top and the plain stainless steel logo?
By jim.m.nov on June 28th, 2018
Answer: The CVaults that have the colored logo on top are the small, medium, and large. the CVaults that have the plain stainless steel logo are the 2 liter through 21 liter. They are our industrial sized containers
Question: Just received my container and having a hell of a time prying the top off. I just want to make sure that it is not threaded in anyway, I.e. that the top screws off. Any secrets to getting off a very secure lid? More than likely I will have resolved this issue before of my question is answered, but maybe the answer will help the next person.

Answer: Hello, With the CVaults sealing as good as they do, they somtimes get pressurized in transit. The easiest way to get it open is to take all the clamps off and lift just from one side instead of trying to pull the lid straight up. If this doesn't work you can let it sit in the sun or hot water will expand the air inside releasing the pressure.
Question: Are their replacement rings?
By justincon on April 19th, 2017
Answer: We have not yet had to replace any rings, we do not have replacement rings in stock. If you are having a challenge with a ring on your CVault, call 800-574-5456 for assistance.
